User Info: Edgemaster As long as you have Dragon Souls to spend, you can reset all of your perks if you so choose, even if you would still be using items you could only get by having those perks, like upgraded weapons. Upon spending a soul to reset a tree, you will get the exact number of perk points back that you had spent in that tree. Once you have more gold than you could ever spend, you will probably never need the higher merchant-related perks in the speech tree, for example.

Some can be hard to find with one word, such as Novice Restoration - you'd get results for anything with the word novice in it, or the word restoration. Instead, put the specific perk name in quotes. There is a full list of PerkIDs in Skyrim further down on this page. Typing player. Now the perk is gone, but your perk point is not recovered.
In order to do so Addperk PerkID If you've removed a perk, you have to manually place it elsewhere. There is no cheat to add a single perk point in Skyrim.
