My 9 month old is still bF and he doesnt have a routine as such - we start bedtime at a certain time and he goes to bed etc but during the day we go with the flow - so doesnt have strict times at all and then if we are out etc it doesnt interfere with nap times etc. All the books are great until you actually your baby and then it aint as easy as it reads!! LOL just go with the flow and you will find a routine that suits you and your baby at some point in the future!!
My lo is 5weeks today and for the last couple of nights i put her in bath with me easier to do with a bath seat at half 7. Then milk then bed for 8pm. She only wakes a couple of times during the night for a feed. She decided she doesnt want to be in her cot today so ive been up since half 4. If your lo doesnt settle into a routine i wouldnt worry.

I just thought I would add that my little one is 8 weeks and it is just this week that she has really started her own routine. She is doing 4 hour feeds now which is bliss. I try and start her day at 8am and then feed her again at 12ish, 4ish and 8ish sometimes a bit earlier and sometimes a bit later depending on her really. She usually wakes up in the night twice still but what we did was give her regular feeds both times and then at 8am I top her up with a little feed so she makes it to 12 again.
It was just this weeks that she started being able to go this long without crying for food after 2. Before now the only 'routine' I really did was give her a bath between
